TNT (Tried 'N True)

Meets the 4th Thursday of every month except November and December

Tried 'N True, better known as TNT, began in 1987. This is a fellowship of mature adults ages 50 and over who meet in the Fellowship Hall of the church on the fourth Thursday of every month from January through October and on the third Thursday of December. There is no meeting in November. People begin arriving around 11:30 am and they eat promptly at 12:00 noon. Lunch is covered dish except in February and December when it is catered. They try to stay cool in June, July and August and bring foods such as sandwiches, salads, deviled eggs, dips and chips, etc., and, of course, desserts! After lunch, a special program is presented such as musical entertainment, book reviews, travel shows, or speakers covering a variety of subjects of interest to older adults.
